Leaving the M4 at Junction 45, take the B4603 towards Ynystawe. Turn left at the third mini roundabout, approximately 700 metres from the main motorway junction, onto Plas Cadwgan Road and follow this to the top of the hill. Oaklands Place can be found at the brow of the hill on the left hand side.
